Capgemini is seeking an AI Platform & Site Reliability Engineering Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead cloud operating model transformation efforts in London. You will advise on AI integration, governance, and automation while aligning service management with client strategy.

With experience across cloud platforms and ITIL foundations, you will influence multi‑industry client engagements and help build AI‑driven, governance‑aware operating models within Capgemini’s Cloud Advisory unit.

Qualifications

• Requirements include experience transforming businesses through technology and redefining operational processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL V4 and/or V5 best practices, with interest in automation and AI integration.
• ITIL V4 and/or V5 Foundation certification or higher is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and their integration into cloud operating models.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant focused on Cloud Operating Model Transformation, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in designing, assessing, and evolving cloud operating models that prioritize automation and are ready for AI integration.

Key Responsibilities
