Job summary

Savers Australia Pty, Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to sort donated items and prepare stock for our stores at Regents Park Warehouse. You will price and grade products, and join a team focused on meeting daily targets while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates are team players with experience in fast-paced settings, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt to improve processes on the floor.

Qualifications

• Availability for Full Time hours, including Monday 7.00am - 3.30pm and Tue-Fri 7.00am - 3.00pm.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, production, warehousing or hospitality.
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude and high standards of service.
• Adaptable, eager to learn and committed to doing what is right.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations and prepare products for retail stores.
• Price and grade items for sale to ensure quality and consistency.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager at our Regents ParkWarehouse, you will be responsible for treasure hunting – sorting donations from our charity partners and then getting the products ready for our retail stores.

A typical day might include:

• Sorting donations
• Pricing and grading product so that it is ready to head out onto our retail stores
• Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
• Supporting our safety culture.

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

• Availability for Full Timehours – Monday 7.00am - 3.30pm, Tuesday to Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm
• A team player – you love working in a team, and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
