Job summary

Savers in Uxbridge is looking for a Delivery Supervisor to join our team. No two days are the same as you ensure the store is fully stocked and presented to a high standard, while coaching the delivery team to deliver excellent results.

The role is part-time with flexible patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, wearing the Savers uniform while driving performance and staff development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others.
• Passion for products and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the delivery team to maintain stock and presentation to a high standard.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to drive exemplary results.
• Support day-to-day delivery operations and ensure smooth store processes.

Hours per week: 10 hours with the opportunity to work more hours.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.65 per hour
