Esh Group is seeking an Apprentice Administrator to kick-start a career in administration, supporting the Aftercare Team and site operations in Bowburn. You will provide administrative support, assist with customer aftercare, ensure defects are resolved efficiently, and help maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Liaise with Head Office departments and on-site teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and contribute to reports.
  • Support site teams, contractors and maintenance operatives to meet quality requirements.
  • Champion new methods and services where appropriate.
  • Support the Gateway apprenticeship programme including college attendance one day a week.

About the role

We are recruiting an Apprentice Administrator. This is a great opportunity to start your career in administration, supporting the Aftercare Team and site operations. You will provide administrative support, deliver excellent customer aftercare service, and help ensure all defects are resolved and closed efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

What we will expect from you
  • Liaise and maintain effective communication with all Head Office departments and on site teams
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships daily
  • Monitor client satisfaction rates and produce reports
  • Ensure quality requirements are fulfilled by providing support to site teams, contractors and maintenance operatives
  • Champion new methodology/services where appropriate
  • Develop and implement training plans for self / maintenance and site teams
  • Administration of computer systems
  • Produce QR codes for the team
  • Print manuals for the Aftercare and Site Teams
  • The Group is committed to achieving a high standard of Health and Safety in all its activities and the post holder will be expected to contribute to maintaining standards to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation
  • To participate fully in the apprenticeship Gateway programme including the attendance at college one day a week

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grades 9 - 5 or equivalent including ICT, maths and English desirable
