Foundation Partners Group is seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional to turn clinician operations data into measurable results. The role focuses on sizing problems, planning fixes, and driving implementation while supporting a handover ahead of maternity leave.

Immediate availability is required for a short-term contract. You’ll analyse cross-functional data, lead strategic initiatives from day one, and deliver rapid improvements to care delivery.

Qualifications

• You have strong strategy and operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling business.
• You’re confident with data and Excel, and use them to drive decisions
• You’re a hands-on doer who can deliver quickly with minimal ramp-up
• You’re available immediately

Responsibilities

• Pick up strategic projects from day one and drive them through to delivery
• Analyse operational data to find bottlenecks, risks and opportunities
