Job summary

Foundation Partners is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to steer Clinician Supply & Operations initiatives on a fixed-term maternity-cover basis. You will shape priorities, lead multi-team projects, and translate insights into measurable outcomes across planning, forecasting and reporting.

You will work with executive stakeholders to drive improvements, build dashboards, and realise efficiency and growth during a period of rapid scaling in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, operations, consulting or business performance roles.
• Strong problem-solving with ability to structure complex issues.
• Advanced analytical skills with large datasets and translating insights into actions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial sense and understanding of operational/financial implications.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and business cases.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Experience partnering with Product, Tech and Data teams on tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Clinician Supply & Operations strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead strategic projects from problem definition to implementation, coordinating stakeholders.
• Analyze operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities across functions.
• Develop business cases, recommendations and action plans for improvements and investments.
• Assist with annual planning, forecasting, goals and executive reporting.
• Support Workforce Planning with dashboards and KPI reporting for operational health.
• Investigate areas of concern using data and stakeholder input to find root causes.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, quality and effectiveness.
• Prepare board and leadership materials with robust analysis and recommendations.
• Track benefits realisation and measure impact of strategic initiatives.
• Act as strategic partner to leaders and translate complex data into plans.
• Manage Data Analysts in Workforce Planning to raise performance and data capabilities.
