Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Geriatrics, Parkinson's, and Stroke Team. You will be working as part of a dedicated team providing high-quality audio typing and clerical duties for the department. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Patient Pathway Coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

As a Clinical Typist, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely transcription of clinical correspondence. Your work will directly support the medical staff in delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing and prioritising your workload to meet deadlines even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be expected to handle various clerical tasks that support the department's daily functions. This includes managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Your ability to adapt to changing demands and use your initiative to solve problems will be essential.
