Job summary

Fortrea in Leeds is seeking an experienced Recruitment and Call Centre Manager to lead our Call Center team responsible for recruiting healthy volunteers and patients for clinical trials. You will translate study requirements into effective recruitment plans, manage performance, and drive engagement with study timelines.

You will coach a diverse team of 10+ people, shape recruitment strategy, and collaborate with clients and senior leaders to deliver data-driven results in a fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

Substantial line management experience in a busy, target-driven environment.
Call centre or recruitment agency leadership experience, with high-volume engagement.
Strong commercial awareness and client-facing experience, able to communicate with senior leaders.
Experience translating operational requirements into practical plans.
Calm, logical and creative problem-solving in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a diverse team (10+ people) in recruitment and onboarding.
Drive participant recruitment for clinical trials via strategic plans and channels.
Use metrics and data to guide decisions and align activity with study timelines.
Represent recruitment to clients and senior leaders in meetings and bids.
