Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years' clinical research experience in CRO/pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- Experience in monitoring, site management or clinical operations leadership.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, quality requirements and study delivery.
- People leadership experience with ability to develop high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of clinical research professionals.
- Drive performance management, career development and succession planning.
- Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and regulatory oversight.
- Manage resource allocation, workload forecasting and workforce planning.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development.
- Partner with project teams, sponsors and leaders to deliver studies.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
