The role involves leading study recruitment, budgeting, and vendor oversight, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards, while collaborating with project teams and clients. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• University/College Degree or certification in a related health profession.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of the lifecycle of a clinical trial.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP Guidelines and global requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment/retention strategy for studies and contribute to proposals and budgets.
• Oversee recruitment/retention delivery, vendor management, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams, sponsors, and vendors to optimize recruitment outcomes.
• Provide risk mitigation plans and escalation when targets are at risk.
• Present recruitment/retention plan findings and results in project trainings and reviews.
• Travel as required (0-10%) for meetings and site visits.
