Full time and part time available. Harmless operates a 4-day working model with full-time staff working 32 hours per week.
£24,648 per annum, pro rata, rising to £26,179 per annum, on successful completion of a probationary period.
Job Description

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job
- Support hope and recovery ethos by providing clinical and non-clinical psychosocial interventions to promote recovery and wellbeing.
- Implement assertive outreach across the region, including direct client work and outreach initiatives, focusing on prevention and early intervention.
- Work collaboratively with communities and demonstrate a range of interventions to promote resilience and crisis management.
- Promote access to psychological care and support services.
- Support service user recovery through activities like employment support, social engagement, advocacy, and housing.
- Ensure clients are linked with external services for long-term support.
- Meet and exceed KPIs at individual and service levels.
- Coordinate safeguarding responses to ensure client safety and coordinated care.
- Support organizational and team objectives.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold safety and support for communities.
- Uphold referral pathways, reduce stigma, and work with services to ensure effective care.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility are essential; candidates must have access to a vehicle or alternative transport.
