Salary: £24,648 per annum, pro rata, rising to £26,179 per annum, pro rata, after successful probation.

Main Purpose and Scope

  • Support hope and recovery ethos through clinical and non-clinical interventions to promote wellbeing.
  • Implement assertive outreach for early intervention across the region, including direct client work and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with communities to promote health and resilience using various interventions.
  • Enhance access to Harmless’s psychological services through innovative promotion.
  • Support service user recovery by engaging in activities that improve quality of life, such as employment, social engagement, advocacy, and housing support.
  • Coordinate external services to meet long-term support needs.
  • Meet and exceed individual and service KPIs.
  • Coordinate safeguarding responses to ensure client safety and coordinated care.
  • Support organisational and team objectives.

Other Duties

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support community safety and containment.
  • Uphold referral pathways, reduce stigma, and promote effective care for self-harm, suicide crises, and bereavement.
  • Travel and flexibility are essential; candidates must be able to drive or access alternative transport.
