An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ward 111 team.
We are a unit comprising 28 beds, caring for patients under the specialties of ENT, Maxillofacial, Onco-plastics and plastic surgery, general surgery, and ophthalmology.
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Support Worker (Band 3) with a caring nature and the skills to support a complex patient group, including tracheostomy and laryngectomy care. You should be motivated to complete competencies in this area and have previous caring experience, with an understanding of the 'Proud to Care' documentation and its importance in patient safety and quality.
The role requires coverage over a 24-hour period, including night shifts. The ability to work both day and night shifts is essential.
