Job summary

Locala Community Partnerships CIC is seeking an Administrator – Clinical Support to join the team in Locala Admin Hub Services. The role is Band 3 with a salary in the range £25,760–£27,476 and a 37.5 hour week on a permanent basis.

Based at Princess Royal Health Centre, the post involves travel to cover receptions across North and South Kirklees. A driving licence is preferred and the right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for receptions cover.
• Full UK driving licence preferred due to travel.
• Right to work in the UK must be demonstrated.
• DBS check may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to teams, handling tight timescales.
• Support Community Health Teams with administration of business as usual, projects and programmes.
• Develop and maintain confidential operational systems and processes.
• Support the strategic programme management function with the Business Unit and wider organisation.
• Provide reception cover across North and South Kirklees.
