We offer a salary of £32,073 to £39,043 per year, a flexible, full- and part-time pattern, a preceptorship for newly qualified nurses, ongoing learning, and a generous pension.

We have nine teams across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and local communities.
As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care, carrying out holistic assessments, and supporting patients to manage their health needs effectively.
Our service operates between 8am and 9pm, with core hours of 8am–5pm. You will work a minimum of one weekend in four and two late shifts (1pm–9pm) over a four-week period.
This role is not applicable for sponsorship and candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK.
