Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Passionate about supporting learners and developing clinical competence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexibly and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary academic team.
• Interest in simulation-based education and skills development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical skills teaching, simulation sessions and practical workshops.
• Support students in developing safe and effective clinical practice.
• Provide feedback that enhances learning and performance.
• Contribute to the creation and review of teaching materials and learning resources.
• Participate in wider School and University activities, including open days and outreach events.
