Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC) with no restrictions.
• Ability to produce teaching material with module leads.
• Ability to support teaching delivery and demonstrate clinical skills safely.
• Up-to-date CPD in clinical practice and patient safety.
• Willingness to work cross-site and support outreach.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate clinical skills teaching and simulation.
• Create resources like lesson plans, case studies and videos.
• Input into module delivery and curriculum planning as needed.
• Assist with skills competency assessments (OSCEs).
• Provide support for students outside sessions (drop-ins, exam prep).
• Support diverse learners and adapt to learning needs.
• Collaborate with technical team to sustain resources.
• Ensure safe practice learning environments for placements.
• Participate in recruitment events and outreach activities.
• Contribute to school planning via meetings and reviews.
