Job summary

Taurus Healthcare seeks an experienced Operations Manager (Workforce) to lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training compliance across Clinical Services in Herefordshire. You will oversee staffing across 24/7 operations, coordinating with HR, finance and service teams to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Development of workforce initiatives, reporting, and on-call rota participation are key elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience of workforce planning, recruitment or operational management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and coordination across Clinical Services.
• Manage recruitment activity and support candidates through the process.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, probation reviews and workforce documentation.
• Maintain oversight of mandatory training and payroll processes.
• Produce workforce reports and performance statistics.
