HR Heads is seeking an experienced Onboarding & Compliance Manager to lead a high-performing onboarding and compliance function for a large contingent clinician workforce. The role combines operational management, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
You will report to the Head of Workforce Operations, own end-to-end onboarding and compliance processes, ensure audit-ready documentation and drive performance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Hybrid working, with attendance in Wiltshire typically required once per week or fortnight, alongside occasional travel to the London office.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a high‑volume, constantly evolving environment. You’ll bring the resilience, energy and commercial awareness needed to manage competing priorities, respond to changing workforce demands and maintain high standards during periods of growth.
