If you are an experienced Senior Nurse seeking the next step in your career or an existing Clinical Services Manager looking for a new opportunity, join our friendly team at Pinhoe View in Exeter.

Working 37.5 hours per week, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred care and rehabilitation for adults with enduring mental health issues.

As an experienced Manager or Clinical Services Manager from the NHS or private sector, you will deliver high-quality clinical management and leadership, acting as a role model to foster continuous improvement and professional development. You will promote collaborative working, positive team building, and set priorities, objectives, and goals for your team.

The Clinical Services Manager role includes:

• Managing and developing a highly skilled and motivated workforce through recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Ensuring effective management of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.
• Promoting effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Contributing to the development of Elysium policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Ensuring clinical services comply with regulations, meet quality standards, and achieve key performance indicators.
• Overseeing the implementation of clinical interventions and treatments, evaluating through clinical governance and audits.

To be successful, you will need:

• Relevant experience in inpatient Mental Health services.
• Experience in senior leadership and management roles.
• Post 5+ years of experience as a registered professional (NMC, HPC).
• Experience overseeing safeguarding adults and statutory requirements.
• An understanding of psychiatric inpatient service structures.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations, financial, and people management skills.
• Supervisory or managerial experience with professional staff.

This role primarily involves working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or night shifts for supervision, and participation in an on-call rota.

Pinhoe View, College Way, Exeter, EX1 3PZ

Pinhoe View is a new purpose-built facility offering mental health services across two wards in a 36-bed service, including a 24-hour acute inpatient unit supported by a multidisciplinary team.
