New Way Recruitment LTD in Cambridge is seeking a Clinical Service Manager to provide strong clinical leadership across the service and drive outstanding nursing care and regulatory compliance. You will support teams, monitor governance, and lead performance improvements to ensure resident wellbeing.

The role suits a nurse-qualified leader with the ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams and promote compassionate, high-quality care for older people.

Formación

• Experience in a Clinical Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all clinical operations within the service.
• Ensure safe, person-centred care is delivered at all times.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to nursing and care teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits, analyse outcomes and implement action plans.
• Support recruitment, retention and development of clinical staff.
• Manage medication systems and clinical risk effectively.
