Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• Experience in health screening, occupational health, primary care, military healthcare or similar clinical assessment environment.
• Understanding of clinical testing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to prioritise workload, make sound clinical decisions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Our client is currently looking for a Clinical Screening Team Leader - Registered Nurse to join them on a permanent basis. As the Clinical Screening Team Leader - Registered Nurse you will support the candidates in their journey to joining the Army. You will oversee the delivery of medical assessments in a professional, supportive and candidate focusses environment.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with no restrictions, sanctions or pending hearings.
• Experience within health screening, occupational health, primary care, military healthcare or another clinical assessment environment.
• An understanding of clinical testing equipment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, doctors and healthcare professionals
• Ability to prioritise workload, make sound clinical decisions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
