Job summary

We Change Lives in Winsford is seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead Chapel House and Crook, two specialist Acquired Brain Injury services, supporting up to 16 people.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high clinical standards, CQC compliance, and lead teams with a Deputy Manager, backed by an experienced wider team. The role offers a £54,000 salary, a £500 Welcome Bonus, funded training and wellbeing support, with some flexibility to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience.
• Management experience leading care teams.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Demonstrated leadership with a person-centred approach.

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead Chapel House and Crook, our two specialist Acquired Brain Injury services in Winsford, supporting up to 16 people.

This is more than managing two services. It's an opportunity to lead great teams, shape high-quality care and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

You’ll take the lead on the day-to-day running of both services, maintaining excellent clinical standards, CQC compliance and a positive, person‑centred culture. You’ll also have the support of a Deputy Manager and an experienced wider team.
