Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting a Registered Care Home Manager in Greater Manchester to lead a residential service with autonomy, support and resources for success.

You will drive high-quality, person-centred care, ensure CQC compliance, and oversee budgets, staffing and development within a values-led, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Manager in adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing teams, performance and service quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Senior Manager within adult social care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience managing teams, performance and service quality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
