Location:

Shire Oaks Court, Walsall with Nationwide travel expected across all EHC services

Contract type:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate:

£58,000 per annum plus car allowance of £3,000

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing provider. Join us as our new Clinical Psychologist for acquired brain injuries (ABI) with neuro behaviours! Initially based at Shire Oaks Court care home in Walsall.

In this role, you'll proactively commission new units for people with ABI and neuro behaviours, supporting services to improve their quality of life and care.

About The Role

As a Clinical Psychologist, you'll develop the company strategy for ABI with neuro behaviours and commission a pilot unit, creating a blueprint for other services. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high standards of care for individuals with ABI and neurological conditions
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and commissioners
• Providing specialist neuropsychology assessments and interventions
• Maintaining clinical effectiveness using outcome measures and evidence-based practices
• Training staff to support complex presentations
