Job summary

IQVIA Interface Clinical Services, a leading IQVIA business, seeks a GPhC registered pharmacist to join in a hybrid, full-time role supporting primary care and patients with chronic conditions.

You will work to implement clinical tools, review opportunities, travel as needed, and enjoy a range of benefits including car allowance and private healthcare. Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel, along with remote (home) working.
• A keen passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long-term health.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• To ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of our protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• To identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• To enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and to assist in developing long lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
