Job summary

IQVIA's Interface Clinical Services is hiring clinical pharmacists to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings. You will apply clinical expertise and commercial acumen to advise practices, support clinical tools, and promote service adoption.

The role offers hybrid working with travel as required and remote/home working. A GPhC registered pharmacist with PQE is preferred, with opportunities for career progression within IQVIA.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• PCPEP qualification desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel and remote (home) working.
• Passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long-term health.
• Driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resources to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Ensure clinical services are delivered within protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• Enhance awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and to assist in developing long lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
