Job summary

Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, is seeking a clinical pharmacist to support primary care patients with long‑term conditions using clinical tools and reviews. You will apply your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to help practices manage patients effectively.

The role offers flexible working across Northern Ireland, with travel as required and remote (home) working supported. This is a great opportunity for career progression within a expanding healthcare services team.

Qualifications

• Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2yrs PQE.
• Primary care experience desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel across Northern Ireland as required, along with remote (home) working.
• A keen passion to make a positive difference to patients’ long-term health.

Responsibilities

• Support Practices to provide clinical tools and resource to help manage patients with long-term conditions.
• To ensure clinical services are delivered within the bounds of our protocols, service operating instructions and systems.
• To identify opportunities for clinical reviews at individual practice level, PCN or ICB level where there is clinical need.
• To enhance the awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and to assist in developing long lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
• Manage your own diary to enable flexible working and in practice.
