Job Opportunity: Clinical Pharmacist

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist at Interface Clinical Services, an IQVIA business, and make a positive impact on patient health!

Location: Swindon (must live or be commutable to this area)

Type: Full-time, hybrid (approximately 50% from home, 50% at GP surgeries)

Responsibilities:

1. Support practices with clinical tools and resources for managing patients with long-term conditions.
2. Ensure clinical services are delivered according to protocols and systems.
3. Identify opportunities for clinical reviews at practice, PCN, or CCG levels.
4. Increase awareness of Interface Clinical Services within primary care and develop relationships with practices and NHS organizations.

Qualifications:

• Registered pharmacist.
• Experience in community or primary care preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely.
• Passion for improving patients’ long-term health.
