We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a full-time (or two part-time) Clinical Pharmacists to join our team at The Pulteney Practice. This is an on-site position; remote working is not available for this post.

About us
The Pulteney Practice is located in an elegant Grade I listed town house, right in the centre of the historic city of Bath, which boasts outstanding schools and top universities. We also have a purpose-built modern health centre in the nearby village of Bathampton. We are a very happy and supportive practice with 12,600 patients, consisting of friendly GPs, a full team of Allied Health Professionals, and loyal administrative staff.
As we are a city centre practice, parking is not permitted on Great Pulteney Street, which is reserved for resident permit holders.

Job responsibilities
The successful post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role. They will provide primary support to general practice staff regarding prescription and medication queries. They will help support the repeat prescriptions system, deal with acute prescription requests, conduct medicines reconciliation on transfer of care, and develop systems for safer prescribing. They will provide expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patients in the GP practice.
