Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a hospital setting to support medicines optimisation across the full patient journey. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, take clinical responsibility, and contribute to high-quality pharmacy support.

This part-time role (18 hours per week) is pro rata with a salary up to £50,000, plus 25 days annual leave and bank holidays, private medical, pension, and other staff benefits including on-site parking and a staff restaurant.

Qualifications

• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Clinical diploma or equivalent experience.
• Independent prescriber or experience in secondary care pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support medicines optimisation through review, reconciliation and prescription review.
• Provide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, consultants and staff.
• Assist with safe procurement, management and control of medication stock.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits, incident reporting and introduction of new medicines.

About You
