Job summary
ProfDoc Healthcare Ltd in Manchester invites a Clinical Pharmacist to join a busy onsite team. You will work 40 hours per week starting in October on a 3-month contract, in a central city location with strong transport links and a calm, professional environment.
You will deliver safe medicines optimisation, structured medication reviews, and participate in risk management, audits and multidisciplinary care using EPS, Docman and QOF workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with EPS, medication reviews and Docman is essential.
- Familiarity with QOF workflows and clinical audits.
- Strong medicines optimisation skills.
