Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Wales is seeking staff for a fixed-term secondment within the Medicine Directorate. Three posts are available, running to 31 March 2027, focusing on data collection and reporting for Welsh RTT targets and maintaining patient pathway records in WPAS.

• RSA Level 3 or equivalent required.
• Experience in varied administration settings.
• Recent effective teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, record, analyze, interpret and report data to monitor RTT targets.
• Record the whole patient pathway on WPAS accurately.
• Review patient progress through care pathways and core services.
• Proactively manage patient pathways to keep diagnostic and treatment steps on target.
• Raise delays in treatment pathways with tact and escalation policy.
• Communicate waiting times concerns to staff and patients.
• Coordinate and sequence the clinical pathway for around 200 patients at a time.
• Organize and attend Medicine Management team meetings.
