Job summary

The Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) is seeking a Clinical Operations, Partnership Manager to join the Commercial Projects team in the Legal, Commercial and Compliance division on a fixed-term 12-month contract.

This role leads management from EIT’s side of the partnership with our clinical services delivery partner, and co-ordinates operational delivery to ensure we successfully build, launch, deliver and grow our EIT Oxford Clinic to deliver impactful and innovative healthcare services to

Qualifications

• Proven stakeholder and partnership management within clinical operations.
• Strong negotiation and influencing capability to secure frameworks and scopes.
• Commercially and financially astute with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Understanding of UK healthcare systems and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the external clinic partner and internal stakeholders to manage operational delivery.
• Provide regular reporting to Clinic Committee and cross-functional leadership on performance.
• Oversee budget and forecast for Clinic operations and program expenditure.
• Coordinate procurement and approvals for EIT Clinic activities and programs.
• Support marketing and launch activities for the Oxford Clinic with project teams.
• Monitor governance, scopes of work, and escalation paths across partnerships.
