Qualifikationen

• Experience in project delivery, analysis, business process, strategic planning, analytics or similar background.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an evidence-based approach; ability to turn complex information into clear conclusions and actions.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with quantitative and qualitative data, with excellent presentation creation capability.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using AI and digital productivity tools to improve analysis and workflow.

Aufgaben

• Shape People & Engagement projects and initiatives, defining the challenge, outcomes and practical steps to deliver.
• Turn ideas and research into clear project plans, coordinating activities and keeping work moving.
• Get involved in priority projects and workstreams, providing practical delivery support where it matters most.
• Maintain the People & Engagement roadmap with milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate regular reviews, highlight progress and follow up on actions; keep updates clear and useful.
• Support annual and ongoing People planning, tracking resources and budgets.
