Job summary

Roche in Welwyn Garden City invites ambitious students to join Clinical Operations as Industrial Placement Students (IPS) for 13 months. You will support key tasks across a broad range of topics, gain exposure beyond the department, help accelerate drug development, and contribute to study delivery in compliance with GCP.

The IPS-COA sits with Clinical Operations, works with GSL and GSAM, and collaborates with country study start-up teams.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Operations: support the study team with daily tasks to ensure the trial runs smoothly.
• Vendor Management: assist in managing external vendors and CROs.
• Drug Supply: support management of clinical drug supply and shipments.
• Site Engagement: work with local study teams to build relationships with trial sites.
• Compliance: ensure study adherence to GCP and SOPs.
• Networking: participate in non-study activities and wider initiatives.
