In this role you will assist in the coordination and administration of AstraZeneca clinical trials running in the UK. You will be a key member of our Local Study Team (LST), helping to ensure that trials are run according to clinical trial regulations and local operating procedures. You will help us meet time, quality and cost objectives. Our clinical studies span a range of therapeutic areas including respiratory, oncology, cardiovascular, renal and metabolic diseases. You will play a meaningful role in all stages of a clinical study, including regular communication with staff at hospital trusts where our clinical trials are placed as well as our internal stakeholders. It's a role with lots of scope to learn and understand the UK clinical trial process. You will assist in coordination and administration of clinical studies from execution through to close-out. You will be placed within either our Oncology, or Biopharma (non Oncology) team for the duration of your placement.
