Aviva is seeking a Clinical Operations Advisor in the UK, with a nursing background and strong evidence-based decision-making. You will provide expert clinical guidance and operational support to claims teams, ensuring services meet medical best practices and high standards.

You will build relationships across the business as a trusted clinical advisor, drive process improvements, and support colleagues with complex queries to improve customer outcomes.

Clinical Operations Advisor– Salary circa £42,000 - £45,000 (depending on location and experience)

Locations: Sheffield, Eastleigh, Glasgow

In this role, you will provide expert clinical guidance and operational support to help deliver safe, effective, and high-quality services. You will work closely with claims teams to make sure decisions reflect current medical best practice and industry standards.

You will also build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted point of contact for clinical advice. In this role, you will help drive process improvements, support colleagues with complex queries, and contribute to better outcomes for customers.

Skills and experiencewe’relooking for

• Current/Valid Nursingqualification with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical best practice is essential

• Starting salary circa £42,000 - £45,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
