Aviva plc is seeking a Clinical Operations Advisor to provide expert clinical guidance and operational support, helping deliver safe, effective, and high-quality services. You will work with claims teams to ensure decisions reflect medical best practice and industry standards, acting as a trusted clinical advisor across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Current/Valid Nursing qualification with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical best practice is essential.
• Experience providing clinical advice or support in an insurance, healthcare, or related environment
• Ability to analyse complex information and make clear, evidence-based decisions
• Strong communicationskills, with the confidence to guide and support colleagues
• Ability to work independently while contributing to wider team and business objectives

Clinical Operations Advisor– Salary circa £42,000 - £45,000 (depending on location and experience)

Locations: Sheffield, Eastleigh, Glasgow

• Starting salary circa £42,000 - £45,000(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
