An established healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist or Allied Health Professional to join their multidisciplinary team. The Community Chronic Pain Service is a multidisciplinary team of expert chronic pain clinicians. We support people with persistent pain to develop self-management strategies, enabling them to live well. This post is suitable for a Clinical Nurse Specialist or an Allied Health Professional with an interest in pain management.
Our aim is to help individuals develop the skills needed to improve their quality of life and reduce their dependency on healthcare services and medication.
This service is delivered in a variety of settings, including face-to-face clinics, group settings, and virtually.
In addition to community clinics, you will deliver care within the secure (prison) environment. We provide our award-winning Pain Management Service in all Kent prisons; therefore, travel will be an essential part of this post.
