Role Overview:

This is not a sales role; it works alongside the sales team focusing on implementation, education, and support for clinical customers. Occasional client visits may be required to assist in providing a comprehensive service, but the primary focus is on clinical education. The Clinical Application Specialist will collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure proper use and compliance of products sold to NHS and private hospitals, maintaining clinical standards in surgical and ward environments. The role involves working with a leading range of infection control, contamination control, surgical scrub, smoke evacuation, and hazardous fluid management products, supporting clinical education and the implementation of the full healthcare portfolio.

• Ideal candidates include Theatre Nurses, especially those experienced in the OR (Surgical), or RGN nurses with infection and contamination control experience.
• Commercial experience is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude and resilience are key.
• Candidates should be career-driven, target/objective-focused, self-motivated, and highly driven.
• Strong problem-solving and exceptional communication skills are required.
