Location: Field-Based (UK-wide)

We’re expanding our Nurse Bank for our innovative Homecare Patient Solutions Programme at Inizio Engage. As a Bank Homecare Nurse, you’ll have the freedom to choose the hours that work for you, while supporting patients with high-quality care, education, and clinical support—both in person and virtually.

About the Role

Joining our Nurse Bank means you’ll play a vital part in maintaining continuity of care and service delivery, while enjoying the flexibility of ad-hoc shifts that fit around your schedule.

You’ll work as part of our nationwide Clinical Nurse Advisor team to:

• Deliver patient education and clinical care in home settings, healthcare establishments, and virtually.
• Support service audits to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide care and support in line with established clinical protocols.
• Educate and empower patients and carers on treatment plans.
• Report clinical incidents or adverse events in accordance with policy.
• Share insights and best practices with the wider team.
• Keep up to date with training and clinical governance standards.

What We’re Looking For

NMC Registered Nurse (Adult or Children’s Nursing)

• Minimum 1-year post-registration experience
• Desirable: Experience in CVAD management, parenteral nutrition, or community-based care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working independently and managing time effectively
• Competent in digital systems (IT literacy, Android-based devices)

Additional Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo)
