Catering, based in Oldham, is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established team. You will inherit an established caseload and manage high-quality clinical negligence matters with support from colleagues and paralegals.

The role emphasizes taking ownership from day one and delivering top-tier client care. The ideal candidate will have 13 years’ PQE, though applications from qualified or experienced non-PQE candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established and highly experienced clinical negligence team based in Oldham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident running their own caseload and is looking to join a supportive team where they can take responsibility for a high-quality portfolio of work from day one.

You will inherit an established caseload of approximately 4050 clinical negligence matters, with the opportunity to work on good-quality cases while developing your career within a specialist team.

The Role

You will take responsibility for managing your own clinical negligence caseload, progressing matters efficiently and providing a high standard of client care throughout.
The successful candidate will ideally have 13 years’ PQE, although applications are welcomed from unqualified candidates who have demonstrable experience of independently managing a clinical negligence caseload.

You will be expected to hit the ground running, with the support of experienced colleagues, trainee and paralegal assistance, as well as dedicated secretarial and administrative support.

About the Team

You will be joining an established clinical negligence department with many years of specialist experience. The team currently consists of the Head of Department/Equity Partner, a Salaried Partner/Solicitor, a Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal, alongside 2.5 support staff.
