An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established and highly experienced clinical negligence team based in Oldham.

You will inherit an established caseload of approximately 4050 clinical negligence matters, with the opportunity to work on good-quality cases while developing your career within a specialist team.
You will take responsibility for managing your own clinical negligence caseload, progressing matters efficiently and providing a high standard of client care throughout.
The successful candidate will ideally have 13 years’ PQE, although applications are welcomed from unqualified candidates who have demonstrable experience of independently managing a clinical negligence caseload.
You will be expected to hit the ground running, with the support of experienced colleagues, trainee and paralegal assistance, as well as dedicated secretarial and administrative support.
You will be joining an established clinical negligence department with many years of specialist experience. The team currently consists of the Head of Department/Equity Partner, a Salaried Partner/Solicitor, a Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal, alongside 2.5 support staff.
