Job summary

Catering, based in Oldham, is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well-established team. You will inherit an established caseload and manage high-quality clinical negligence matters with support from colleagues and paralegals.

The role emphasizes taking ownership from day one and delivering top-tier client care. The ideal candidate will have 13 years’ PQE, though applications from qualified or experienced non-PQE candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• 13 years PQE ideal, however applications from qualified or unqualified with demonstrable clinical negligence experience are welcome.
• Ability to run own caseload with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality client service.
• Support from experienced colleagues, trainees and secretarial staff to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for managing your own clinical negligence caseload and progress matters efficiently.
• Provide a high standard of client care throughout the lifecycle of each case.
• Hit the ground running with support from the team and handle a quality portfolio from day one.
