Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid)

Are you a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner with experience managing your own caseload? This could be an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded regional law firm and take the next step in your career.

The firm is looking to strengthen its busy Clinical Negligence team in Oldham with an experienced Fee Earner who can manage a varied caseload of claims from initial instruction through to conclusion.

You’ll handle your own caseload of clinical negligence matters, while working as part of a supportive and close-knit team. You’ll have the autonomy to run your files independently, alongside access to guidance and support on more complex claims. The role offers excellent scope to continue developing your technical expertise and build a long-term career within a well-established department.
