You will handle multi-track Clinical Negligence matters, draft important documents, and foster excellent client relationships while progressing your career with autonomy and clear progression prospects.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Experience managing your own Clinical Negligence caseload.
• Litigation experience essential.
• Strong drafting and file management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from start to finish.

• Work on high-value claims including birth injury, brain injury and spinal injury matters (where applicable).
