Cape Clarke is recruiting a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our defendant healthcare litigation team in Sheffield. You will lead NHS-related and wider healthcare clinical negligence matters, with responsibility for complex claims and supervising junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years' PQE and established clinical negligence litigation experience.
• Confidence managing complex cases and advising on prospects and resolution.
• Clear client reporting and the judgment to lead substantial matters.
