Job summary

Cape Clarke is recruiting a junior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to defend NHS-related and healthcare litigation in Sheffield. The role is hybrid with supervision and structured development, ideal for an NQ to 3 PQE solicitor with experience in clinical negligence or litigation.

You will review records, work with clinicians and counsel, prepare reports and assist senior lawyers on complex matters, with a clear drafting style and analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• An NQ - 3 PQE solicitor with relevant clinical negligence or litigation experience.
• Clear drafting, careful analysis and an interest in defendant healthcare work.
• Relevant training experience is welcome at NQ level.
