Job summary

BCL Legal is representing a growing claimant Clinical Negligence team in Bolton seeking a solicitor with around 2-5 years PQE. The role offers exposure to high-value and complex clinical negligence matters and the chance to work closely with the Head of Department from day one.

You will handle a broad range of files from instruction through to resolution, with opportunities to mentor junior paralegals and contribute to BD and marketing initiatives as the department expands.

Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2+ PQE) | Bolton | Hybrid

I'm currently working with a growing claimant Clinical Negligence team in Bolton that is looking to appoint a solicitor with around 2-5 years' PQE (although there's flexibility for someone more experienced).

This is a great opportunity to join a team that is expanding with strong financial backing and a real focus on quality work rather than volume. You'll handle a broad range of claimant clinical negligence matters, including high-value and complex cases, and will work closely alongside the Head of Department on all aspects of the caseload.

The role offers genuine exposure and responsibility from day one, including the opportunity to support and mentor paralegals, get involved in business development and marketing initiatives, and play a key part in the continued growth of the department.
