BCL Legal is representing a growing claimant Clinical Negligence team in Bolton seeking a solicitor with around 2-5 years PQE. The role offers exposure to high-value and complex clinical negligence matters and the chance to work closely with the Head of Department from day one.

You will handle a broad range of files from instruction through to resolution, with opportunities to mentor junior paralegals and contribute to BD and marketing initiatives as the department expands.

Formación

• 2–5 years PQE in claimant clinical negligence.
• Experience handling high-value and complex clinical negligence matters.
• Ability to mentor paralegals and contribute to business development.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a broad range of claimant clinical negligence matters, including high-value and complex cases.
• Support and mentor paralegals.
• Be involved in business development and marketing initiatives.
• Take responsibility across files from instruction through to resolution.
